EGGLESS CHOCOLATE MUFFINS RECIPE


Whenever I post cake recipes I first receive many requests to share eggless cakes.so, I decided to post more eggless cakes and muffin recipes. I tried eggless mango muffins but it was a disaster. No, problem practice makes a man perfect right. So,  again today I tried this awesome eggless chocolate muffins, surprisingly they turn to be awesome!!!!! The whole batch was finished with in minutes!!!!!!

I have already shared my eggless whole wheat flour cake here. I'm going to share more eggless cake recipes in my blog. So, stay connected with my blog for regular updates. Okay, coming to this recipe, we can bake this chocolate muffins with very simple ingredients. These muffins are so soft and very tasty. I highly suggest you to try this no fail recipe.

Ingredients : (makes 6 muffins)

All purpose flour/maida : 3/4 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Ice cold water : 1/2 cup
Oil : 1/4 cup
Lemon juice/vinegar : 1 tea spoon
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
cocoa powder : 2 1/2 table spoons
baking soda/soda bicarbonate : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : 1/4 tea spoon

Method :

First take a sieve add flour,baking soda,cocoa powder and salt sift it well and keep this a side

Now take sugar in a bowl add cold water and oil mix it well then add vanilla essence mix till sugar dissolves

Now take sifted flour in to a bowl add sugar mixture and mix it without lumps.

Now add vinegar/lemon juice mix it well

Now line your muffin tray with paper cups take a medium scoop of batter and fill muffin tray. Tap tray once.

Now bake them for 20 minutes in 180 degrees in preheated oven (preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes)

Now let them cool completely and serve.
Take a sieve add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt

Sift it well

Take sugar in a bowl add cold water

Add oil

Mix it well

Add vanilla essence

Mix till sugar dissolves

Add this mixture to sifted dry ingredients

Mix it without lumps

Make a smooth batter

Finally add vinegar

Mix it well

Line your muffin tray with paper cups
Take a scoop of batter

Fill 3/4 of paper cups

Tap it once and bake it

It's done now let it cool


So soft from inside!!!!

Serve!!!!
