You know, before starting blog I created my fb page and I used to post recipes with step by step pictures,I posted this recipe few months back in my Facebook page and everyone liked,tried this recipe so much. So, thought to share in blog also.
recently prepared this soft and tasty tutti frutti cake for my 2 years old cute niece.she loves cakes so much, she was very happy by seeing these cakes. Again took New pictures and sharing here. This is so simple and easy recipe. If you are a beginner in baking then you can try this with any fear.

Ingredients :
All purpose flour/maida : 2 cups
Eggs : 3
Warm milk : 1/2 cup
Butter : 100 grams/(2/3 cup)
Vanilla essence : 1 1/2 tea spoon
baking powder : 1 1/4 tea spoon
baking soda : 1/4 tea spoon
tutti frutti : 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar : 1 1/2 cup
My 1 cup measures 200 ml
Method :
First grease butter to loaf pan well and keep this a side
Now Bring eggs and butter to room temperature.
Now take a sieve add flour, baking powder and baking soda sift it well and keep this a side.
Now take butter add powdered sugar whisk it well then add eggs one at a time and whisk it well
Now add vanilla essence mix well then gradually add flour and mix without lumps.
Now add milk and mix it well.
Now take tutti frutti add tea spoon of flour and toss them well then add this to cake Batter and fold it gently.
Now pour this to greased loaf pan and spread it evenly then tap it once
Now bake this for 30 to 40 minutes in 180 degrees in preheated oven (preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes)
Insert a toothpick or knife if it comes out clean your cake is baked.
Now let it cool completely and run a knife around the cake and demold it and serve.

Whisk it well |
Add eggs one at a time |
Whisk it well and repeat the same process |
Add vanilla essence |
Mix it well |
Gradually add sifted flour |
Mix without lumps |
Add remaining flour and mix it |
Now add milk |
Mix without lumps |
Add tutti frutti |
Fold it gently |
Pour this batter to greased pan |
Spread it evenly and bake it |
Let it cool completely and run a knife around the cake and demold it |
