Idiyappam is an south indian and Sri Lankan dish.mostly served with Sambhar and non veg curry. It tastes really great with sambar and any non veg curries. I mostly serve with chicken curry (recipe here) and paya salan. My kids love this combination.
Making idiyappam at home is so simple and easy.we can serve this in dinner and breakfast. Main thing to make this idiyappam is always use store bought rice flour for this recipe,it gives best results.I hope you like this recipe.
