VEGETABLE FRIED RICE RECIPE


Making vegetable fried rice at home is so simple and easy.if you have left over rice and some veggies in your kitchen you can make this dish with in minutes.i added cabbage,carrots and French beans you can add veggies as per your choice like capsicum and spring onions.if you want to give restaurant taste to your fried use basmati rice.today I'm sharing veg version but soon I'm going to share so many fried rice recipes.so,stay connected with my blog for more yummy recipes!!!!!

Ingredients :

Basmati rice : 2 cups (soak and cook)
Chopped onions : 2 medium
Chopped carrots : 2 medium
Chopped French beans : 15
soy sauce : 1 table spoon
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil : 2 table spoons
Chopped green chillies : 2

Method :

First soak and cook basmati rice and let it cool

Now heat oil in a wok add chopped onions and green chillies saute for 1 minute

Now add chopped veggies and saute for 3 to 4 minutes by adding salt

Now add soy sauce saute for few seconds and add cooked rice

Now add some salt (if needed) pepper powder and saute for few seconds then remove from fire.

Yummy vegetable fried rice is ready to serve.
Heat oil add onions

Add green chillies

Add veggies saute for a while

Add salt

Add soy sauce saute it

Add cooked rice and stir it

Adjust salt as per your taste

Add pepper powder and stir it for few seconds

It's done now

Yummy veg fried rice is ready to serve!!!
