Seekh kabab is an popular dish all around the globe. I love to make and eat these yummy seekh kababs they just melt in mouth.they tastes really delicious. making seekh kababs at home is some simple and easy.we need few ingredients to make this recipe.you can also make these kababs with mutton in the same way.
I have a cute portable charcoal grill and I love to grill them in this charcoal grill.if you don't have charcoal grill no problem you just shallow fry in a pan and enjoy.

Ingredients :
Boneless chicken : 500 grams
Large sliced onions : 1
Green chilly : 2
Garam masala : 1 tea spoon
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tea spoons
Oil for basting
Method :
Pat dry chicken and cut them into small pieces
Take all ingredients in mixie jar except coriander leaves then blend into fine paste
Now add coriander leaves to minced chicken and mix it well
Now take some chicken mince in your hand and press the skewer in it as shown in picture
If you have charcoal grill ,grill them in charcoal grill by applying oil. Now serve this with lemon wedges and onion rings....yummy!!!!!
If you don't have charcoal grill or oven no problem you just heat pan add 1 table spoon of oil then shallow fry these kababs on medium flame till they cook and serve with lemon wedges and onion rings
Take boneless chicken in blender |
Add onions,chilly and ginger garlic paste |
Add salt,Turmeric powder,Garam masala and pepper powder then blend it |
Take this mixture into a bowl and add coriander leaves and mix it well |
Take some portion of chicken mince press the skewer in chicken mince |
Make it like this |
Grill them by apply oil on both sides |
Serve hot!!!! |
