NO YEAST DONUTS RECIPE/DONUTS RECIPE WITHOUT YEAST



This is the basic version of donut recipe,even beginners can make it easily at home. We can make these donuts with very  simple ingredients those are easily available in your kitchen.these are very soft and tasty.  I will post more donut recipes in my blog. So stay connected with my blog. We can top with chocolate glaze or icing sugar. I always make a simple chocolate glazing I just added some dark chocolate with butter and cream then melted in double boiler and dipped fried donuts and sprinkled some sugar balls and sprinkles.  they looks just as bakery ones.

Ingredients :

All purpose flour/maida : 2 cups
Powdered sugar : 1/2 cup
egg : 1
vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Butter : 2 tea spoons
salt : 1 Pinch
milk : 1/2 cup or as needed
Oil for deep frying

Method :

First take flour add all dry ingredients and mix it well.

Now add vanilla essence to milk and mix it well

Now add egg and butter to dry ingredients then add milk and vanilla mix.

Mix it well and knead into a dough

Now roll  and cut with donut cutter or any small container then make a hole in the middle with any small bottle cap

Now fry them in hot oil till they changes into golden color

Now dip in melted chocolate glazing or in sugar glaze and serve

For chocolate glaze :

Dark/milk chocolate : 1 cup
Butter (unsalted) : 2 tea spoon
Fresh cream : 2 table spoons

Mix everything and melt in double boiler


 
Add baking powder and salt to flour

Add powdered sugar

Mix it well

Add egg and butter


Add caption

Pour milk and essence mix

Knead into a dough

Divide dough into 2 portions 

Take one portion and roll it like this as shown in picture

Cut with any small container or glass

Cut in middle with Any small cap

It's ready to fry


Drop them in hot oil

Fry till they changes into golden color

I had melted some dark chocolate for glazing


Place them in plate or wire rack


Sprinkle some sugar sprinkles and serve
