Hello everyone......this is my first post.....today I'm going to show you how to make tandoori chicken at home, tastes exactly like restaurants and dhabas....
Chilly powder
salt
Lemon juice
Mix well rub nicely first marinate ingredients
keep this a side for 15 to 20 minutes
now take a bowl add second marinate ingredients except oil
Mix well
take a bowl add second marinate ingredients and mix well and Add this mixture to marinated chicken pieces
Mix well and apply curd mixture to every piece
now pour oil and mix well
Now refrigerate this marinated chicken for 6 to 8 hours
Take marinated chicken from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and if u have charcoal grill and roast them in it
turn chicken pieces in between and apply oil after every 5 minutes

This is one of my favorite dish in the world.when ever we go to restaurants I first order this dish.
One day we visited one of my relative's house for dinner I saw a cute barbeque grill over there and they are making yummy tandoori chicken!!!!!!! The taste was so good as restaurants.after few days I decided to make tandoori chicken at home and I bought cute little barbeque grill and started making tandoori chicken.it was super dish in my family.I started making so many tandoori dishes in that grill which I will post in my upcoming posts.
You can also make this dish in oven.I will tell how to make in oven.
Ingredients
Whole chicken : 1 (cut into 4 pieces)
First marinate
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tspoons
Red chilly powder : 1 tspoon
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
Salt : 1 tspoon
Second marinate :
Hung curd : 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tspoon
Lemon juice : 1 table sspoon
Red food colour : 1 /4 tspoon
Garam masala : 1 tspoon
Oil : 1/4 cup
Coriander powder : 1 table spoon
Oil for basting
Chat masala to sprinkle on top
Preparation :
1)First take chicken pieces and make 8 cuts in each piece.
2)into this add first marinate ingredients like, ginger&garlic paste,salt,chilly powder and lemon juice, mix well and apply to each piece nicely,keep it a side for 15 to 20 minutes.
3)now take a bowl add all second marinate ingredients (except oil)and mix well.
4)take first marinate chicken pieces add second marinate ingredients mixture and apply to each and every piece well.
5)now pour oil and mix well and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
6)now take out marinated chicken from refrigerator before 30 minutes to cook.
7)if you have a charcoal grill, place the chicken pieces on it and roast them by turning in between.apply oil inbetween.
8)if you don't have charcoal grill no problem,roast them in oven,preheat oven in 200 degrees Celsius and place the chicken pieces in baking tray and grill them in 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.(turn chicken pieces after every 5 minutes)by applying oil and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and cook till they are done.don't forget to apply oil and turning chicken pieces in between.
9)your yummy tandoori chicken is ready to serve!!!!!!
10)serve with green chutney,lemon wedges and onion rings.
11)after chicken is done sprinkle chat masala on top and serve.
