homemade puff pastry sheets recipe (without butter)

I always prepare my own puff pastry sheets at home, when ever I want to bake homemade puffs I immediately make these puff pastry sheets because it so hard to find store bought puff pastry in my place.

I always prepare puff pastry with butter they always turned to be so crispy and flaky but this time I tried another method of making puff pastry that is ...,,.this time I used dalda/vanaspathi to make these puff pastry because I'm going to bake bakery style dil pasand which is my childhood favourite snack. Some people make dil pasand with bread dough but I don't like to make with bread dough, I want that flakes as bakery ones.....ok I will post that separately.

I will post my another version of puff pastry recipe soon......I watched this recipe in vahchef video.....he used butter but I replaced with dalda, you can also use butter instead of dalda.I hope you like it.
