Homemade pineapple jam

I love making jams at home........homemade jams are not only healthy those are yummy in taste also.
                      Making jam at home is very easy and it will not take much time.this pineapple jam well goes with bread and roti . We can also store this jam upto 5 to 6 months in refrigerator.

                    In my upcoming posts I will share more jams and sauces.we need very few ingredients to make pineapple jam.....then let's get started.....

Ingredients :

Peeled and chopped pineapple : 500 grams
Sugar : 400 grams
Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
pineapple essence : 1 tspoon (optional)

Method :

1)first take your pineapple,peel the skin and chop the pineapple into pieces.

2)blend pineapple pieces into fine paste.

3)now take a pan add pineapple paste and switch on the flame.

4)now add sugar,lemon juice,pineapple essence and stir well.

5)stir continuously

6)cook till it comes to obe string consistency

7)when it is done switchoff the flame

8)let it cool completely

9)store in a airtight glass jar

10)yummy homemade pineapple jam is ready to serve!!!!
 take your ingredients
 blend pineapple pieces into fine paste

 take a pan add pineapple paste and put on heat
 Add sugar
 start stirring
 keep on stirring
 Add lemon juice
 Add pineapple essence and stir continuously
 cook till it comes to one string consistency and switchoff the flame
Let it cool completely and store in clean air tight glass jar..........enjoy the yummy and tasty homemade pineapple jam!!!!!!!

Homemade condensed milk

Wooowww!!!!!!! Homemade condensed milk!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you can make your own condensed milk at home......it just tastes like store bought tins and now on wards no need to run to supermarkets to buy condensed milk we can just make this at home.....the only thing you need is patience.....,for half liter  of milk it takes 20 minutes and for one liter it takes 40 minutes of time....this is my personal experience ,always use fresh milk for this recipe....


                     In india condensed milk is popularly know as milkmaid which is a brand name.we can use condensed milk in many recipes like eggless cakes,deserts, Indian sweets etc...


Then why should we waste time!!!!!?????let's get started......we need very few ingredients to make condensed milk.....

Ingredients :

Fresh milk : 1/2 liter
Sugar : 1 cup (use measuring cups)
Pinch of baking soda (optional)

1)first take a pan pour milk heat it for 1 minute then add sugar and start stirring.

2)keep stirring continuously

3)after 10 minutes add baking soda and stir it......be Carefull after adding baking soda it may split.

4)check with your fingers if it is sticky it's done.then switchoff the flame and let it cool completely.

5)give it a nice stir for smooth consistency.

6)when it is hot it will be thin in consistency when it becomes cool it will be thick.

7)store in airtight container and put in refrigerator.

8)homemade milkmaid/condensed milk is ready!!!!
 take your ingredients....use fresh milk not preboiled milk and we can use buffalo milk or cow milk (if you want same color as store bought tins use cow milk)
 first take pout milk in a sauce pan or vessel
 boil for 1 minute and add sugar
 keep stirring continuously
 after 10 minutes add baking soda this is completely optional
 becarefull after adding baking soda otherwise it may split
 stir continuously
 stir,stir
 it's getting thick now

 Check with your fingers if it is sticky your condensed milk is done
 it's done now switchoff the flame
 let it cool completely and give it a nice stir for smooth consistency.....store in air tight container and put in refrigerator.....after refrigirating, it becomes more thick, so don't panic if it is thin while hot.... Mix nicely before use...... You can store this condensed milk upto 2 to 3 months in refrigerator,now enjoy the yummy homemade condensed milk.

Homemade mayonnaise

Hai......I hope u all are doing well......today I'm going to show you how to make mayonnaise at home? Making mayonnaise at home is so easy and healthy too.I always prepare my own mayonnaise at home....homemade mayonnaise is so healthy and cheaper than store bought jars,it's tasty too,so from now onwards no need to go supermarkets to buy mayonnaise,so,let's get started......

                        I prepared this mayonnaise to make homemade Burgers which I'm going to share it soon......
Ingredients :

Whole egg : 1
Lemon juice : 1 1/2 table spoons
Mustard paste/mustard powder : 1/2 tspoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tspoon
Oil : 250 ml
Salt : 3/4 tspoon or as per ur taste

Method :

1)first start with making mustard powder,if you are using store bought mustard paste skip this step.

2)I'm using very small amount of mustard seeds so they can't blend in mixer grinder,so I'm using this stone blender

3)make a fine powder of mustard seeds.

4) now take juice jar break one egg and add to jar

5)now add salt,pepper powder,lemon juice and mustard powder.

6) now start blending

7)pour oil little by little till 30 seconds and after 30 seconds pour remaining oil and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.

8)now your homemade mayonnaise is ready!!!!

9)store in a airtight container and refrigerate it.
 start with making mustard powder,if you are using mustard paste no need of mustard powder
 we are using very small amount of mustard seeds so I selected this traditional grinder :)
 Mustard powder is ready
 Take a juice jar break egg and add to jar (make sure that egg should be at room temperature) then add lemon juice
 add mustard powder
 add pepper powder
 Salt and start blending,(I'm using my both hands while blending so can't take pictures),while blending pour drop by drop oil till 30 seconds and after 30 seconds pour remaining oil and keep blending for 1 to 2 minutes
 your mayonnaise is ready now you can see how thick and creamy it is!!!!
 store in a air tight jar and put in refrigerator,it becomes more thicker after refrigirating. NOTE : if your mayonnaise cuddles don't panic,start with another egg and add pepper powder,salt,lemon juice and start blending,add cuddled mixture instead of oil and add extra 150ml of oil.
