MUSHROOM SOUP RECIPE/CREAM OF MUSHROOM RECIPE


Cream of mushroom soup is an easy quick soup recipe. I prepared this tasty mushroom couple of days back, though it was my first try turned out to be so delicious. Do you know I had two bowls of soup at a time. Now can imagine the taste. Rida and jasra also loved it to the core. You just need few. Simple ingredients which are available in your kitchen. I have added thyme in this recipe for a good aroma. If you don't have thyme you can just skip it.

Servings : 3 to 4


Ingredients :


Mushrooms : 200 grams
Medium onion : 1
Garlic cloves : 5
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Thyme : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Butter : 2 tea spoons
All purpose flour/maida : 2 tea spoons
Bay leaf : 1
Milk : 1 cup/250ml

Method :


First wash mushrooms well and slice them. Chop onions and garlic.

Now heat butter in a pan,add bay leaf and add onions and garlic?saute for 2 minutes.

Now add mushrooms and saute well on medium to High flame until water dries.

Now add pepper powder,salt and thyme,stir it well.

Now add flour and stir it until raw flavors disappear.

Now add 2 cups of water(around 400 ml)

Now add milk and stir it well. Cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes and takeout the bay leaf.

Now take 1 cup of soup mixture and blend into a puree.add to soup mixture.

Cook for 2 minutes and remove from fire and serve hot.

Slice and Chop your veggies

Add butter to a pan

Add bay leaf

Now add onions and garlic

Saute for couple of minutes

Add sliced Mushrooms and stir it well

Add salt

Add thyme

Add pepper powder 

Saute well

Add all purpose flour

Saute for few minutes

Add water

Pour milk

Mix it well

Boil for few minutes

Takeout the bay leaf

Take one cup of soup mixture

Blend into puree

Add to soup mixture

Cook for few minutes

Switch off the flame

Serve.

CHICKEN CLEAR SOUP RECIPE


Hi, today I'm going to share healthy and tasty chicken clear soup recipe. Soups are the best way to satisfy your tummy.specially in winters. Though I enjoy every season but I love winter season a lot. I like to prepare lot of hot pakoras,soups, bajjis etc., I'm going to share lots of winter recipes in my blog so stay connected with my blog and page.....

         Ok, coming to this recipe few days back prepared this yummy chicken clear soup. Making this soup is so easy. You can easily make this recipe with easily available ingredients in your kitchen.

Ingredients :

Chicken : 250 grams
Water : 1 liter
Medium diced onion : 1
Peeled garlic cloves : 4 to 5
freshly crushed pepper corns : 1/2 spoons
Bay leaf : 1
Medium diced carrot : 1
corn flour : 1 table spoon (mix with 1/4 cup of water)
salt to taste
Green chilly : 1 (Chopped)
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

Take water in a vessel add all ingredients cover and boil for 10 minutes

Now strain the mixture in a bowl take chicken pieces and remove bones and discard the bones. Shred chicken into small pieces.

Now put back the strained stock into vessel add shredded chicken and cornflour mix stir it for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from fire garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.


Take water in a vessel add chicken

Add onions and chilly

Add carrots

Add crushed pepper corns,Bay leaf and garlic cloves

Add salt

Cover and cook for 10 minutes

It is cooked well

Strain the mixture in a bowl

Remove bones and discard the bones, shred chicken into small pieces

Put back the stock in a vessel add shredded chicken

Add cornflour my

Cook for couple of minutes

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and Serve hot

SWEET CORN VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE



I'm receiving so many messages from viewers to post some healthy and tasty soups and salad recipes. From today started posting some healthy recipes. This is my first soup recipe in my blog. Sweet corn vegetable soup. Making this soup is very easy. This is not only healthy but also very tasty.

        If you ate carving for some thing to eat and want healthy food then go into your kitchen make this yummy soup and have it. I used carrots and cabbage in this recipe, you can also add some French beans.

Serves : 4 to 5 people

Ingredients :

Sweet corn : 1
Finely chopped carrot : 1 Medium
Chopped cabbage : 1 cup
Corn flour :  2 table spoons
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
water : 4 cups/1 liter

Method :

First remove corn kernels. Blend half of the corn kernels into paste.

Now take water in a pan add all veggies and remaining corn kernels. Add salt and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes by covering the lid.

Now add corn paste stir it for 2 minutes

Now add some water in corn flour and mix it well.

Now add this corn flour mixture to veggies.

Stir continuously for few minutes then add pepper powder stir it and remove from fire and serve hot.
Remove corn kernels

Chop your veggies

Take half corn kernels into blender

Blend it without adding water

Mix corn flour with water

Add veggies to boiling water

Cook for few minutes

Add corn paste and stir it for 1 to 2 minutes

Add corn flour mixture

Stir it for few minutes

Sprinkle some pepper powder

Remove from fire it's ready now

Serve hot!!!!
