SCHEZWAN VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE


Yesterday I was craving for spicy food then I opened my fridge then saw some schezwan sauce sauce lying in my fridge then picked some veggies and prepared this yummy spicy schezwan veg fried rice and served with tasty chilly paneer!!!!! Mouthwatering right!!!!!

     I have already shared schezwan chicken recipe here. It was so yummy and tasty then here I'm with another spicy dish. It tastes absolutely delicious and exactly as restaurants. I used basmati rice to give it a restaurant touch. You can also use regular rice. If you have schezwan sauce (recipe here) and cooked rice in your hand then you can easily make this dish within minutes.

Ingredients :

Cooked basmati rice : 4 cups
Chopped large onions : 1
chopped French beans : 1 cup
Chopped large carrots : 1
Chopped Medium capsicum : 1
schezwan sauce : 2 table spoons (recipe here)
Salt to taste
tomato sauce : 2 table spoons(recipe here)
Oil : 2 table spoons

Method :

First heat oil in a wok add onions saute for a while then add chopped veggies saute for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add schezwan sauce and tomato sauce saute for few seconds then add cooked rice and salt saute for few minutes and remove from fire and serve hot.

You can also add some spring onions.

Add schezwan sauce as per your taste.You can also use store bought schezwan sauce in this recipe instead of homemade schezwan sauce.
Heat oil add onions saute for a while

Add your veggies

Saute for a while

Add schezwan sauce

Add tomato sauce

Saute it

Add cooked rice

Saute for few minutes

Remove from fire


Serve hot!!!!

EGG NOODLES RECIPE



Hi......I hope you are enjoying  Sunday with your family and friends. Today I'm going to share yummy and easy to make egg noodles recipe. Making this egg noodles at home is so simple. This tastes really good. It have very mild taste. I served this noodles with spicy schezwan chicken. The combination was really yum!!!

         You need very simple ingredients to make this recipe. You can also add some veggies like capsicum, French beans and carrots. I hope you like this recipe then give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients :

Plain noodles : 250 grams
eggs : 4
Chopped onions : 2 Medium
Chopped garlic : 1 table spoon
Chopped ginger : 1 table spoon
Tomato sauce : 2 table spoons
Chilly sauce : 1 table spoon
soy sauce : 1 table spoon
oil : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
noodles masala powder : 1 table spoon (optional)
coriander powder : 1 tea spoon

Method :


First boil plenty of water in a vessel add plain noodles then add salt.

Now cook for 5 to 6 minutes then drain the water. Then divide it with fork as shown in the picture to avoid sticking. You can also add 2 tea spoons of oil while boiling.

While noodles are boiling heat a pan on another burner add oil

Now add chopped ginger and garlic saute for few seconds then add chopped onions saute for 2 to 3 minutes

Add tomato,soy and chilly sauce saute for few seconds then add coriander powder saute it.

Now break eggs and add to the pan and scramble the eggs.

Now add salt and saute it well.

Now add drained noodles and toss them. Well then sprinkle pepper powder and noodles masala powder toss them well and serve hot.

Boil water and add noodles


Add salt

Stir it and cook for few minutes

Noodles are cooked well

Drain the water
Divide noodles with fork to avoid sticking

Heat oil add ginger and garlic

Add chopped onions saute well

Add all sauces

Add coriander powder

Break eggs

Stir it well

Add salt and stir it

Add noodles

Add pepper powder and noodles masala

Toss them well for few minutes

Switch off the flame

Serve hot!!!!

VEG SPRING ROLLS RECIPE



Yesterday prepared these delicious spring rolls for iftar by using my homemade spring roll sheets they turned super yummy. They are very crunchy and yummy in taste. I made veg filling for this recipe by using capsicum,cabbage and carrots.you can even add beans and sprouts to this filling.

        I used my homemade spring roll sheets click here for recipe ,you can also store bought sheets if they are available at your place.making spring rolls at home is so simple and easy.you just follow my step by step recipe to make yummy veg spring rolls.

Try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients :

Spring roll sheets : 10 (click here)
Thinly sliced cabbage : 1 cup
Thinly sliced large carrot : 1
Thinly sliced capsicum : 1
sliced onion : 1 (big)
Soy sauce : 1 table spoon
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 1 table spoon+2 table spoons extra
Maida/all purpose flour : 2 table spoons

Method :

First heat oil in a pan add onions saute for few seconds then add all veggies saute for 2 minutes by adding salt

Now add soy sauce and pepper powder saute for 1 minute then remove from fire and let the mixture cool  completely.

Take a bowl add maida add some water and make a smooth paste

Now take your Spring roll sheets put some filling in it roll it tightly as shown in the picture.Apply some maida mixture on edges and seal them.

Heat oil and fry them till they changes into golden color

Serve hot!!!!!

Cut your veggies

Heat oil add onions

Saute for a while

Add all veggies

Saute for couple of minutes

Add salt

Add soy sauce

Add pepper powder

Saute for 1 minutes then remove from fire

Filling is ready now

Mix some water to flour and make a paste

Take 1 sheet put some filling in it

Roll it tightly

Fold it like this from one side

Fold it from other side

Apply some flour mixture on edges

Roll it tightly

It looks like this

Ready to fry

Heat oil drop these rolls in oil


Fry on both sides


Serve hot!!!!!
