Rose milk recipe/gond Katira sharbat recipe


Rose milk is a tasty and refreshing drink. It is popular in all over the world.you can prepare rose milk with in a minute. So cool right..... But today I'm going to share Rose milk recipe with edible gum which is known as goand in hindi. Edible Gum is a natural edible gum. It is white or brown in colour. It cools the body heat and is usually eaten in summers. I still remember my granny use to eat this badam ka goand(edible gum) by soaking in water.Edible gum is available in market in small pieces that are usually white or brown in colour.

Ingredients :


Rose syrup or roohafza : 2 to 3 table spoons for each serving or as per your taste
Edible gum/badam ka goand : 1 tea spoon
Ice cubes : as needed
Boiled and chilled milk : 500 ml

Method :


First soak edible gum in water 250 ml of water for over night or 5 hours.

Now take serving glasses add rose syrup or roohafza. Then add ice cubes,2 tea spoons of soaked edible gum.

Now pour boiled and chilled milk.stir it well and serve immediately.

Take edible gum in a medium size bowl

Add water and soak it for few hours

Now take serving glasses and add Rose syrup or rooh afza

Add ice cubes

Add soaked edible gum

Pour chilled milk

Give it a nice stir

Serve immediately

WATERMELON MOJITO RECIPE


Watermelon mojito is a refreshing and healthy drink in summers and perfect for any parties. This watermelon mojito can be prepared at home with very simple natural ingredients. Tastes absolutely awesome. We had this yummy watermelon mojito in iftar and it was really refreshing.mint leaves gives a nice refreshing flavor and taste to this mojito. I highly recommend you try this recipe at home and I'm sure you will definitely love it.

Servings : 2

Need : 250 ml of serving glasses

Ingredients :


Watermelon pieces : 2 cups
Powdered sugar : 2 table spoons
Mint leaves : 1 table spoon
Ice cubes as needed
Club soda as needed
Lemon : 2 (cut into cubes)

Method :

First take watermelon into a blender and blend into a fine puree

 now take lemon and mint leaves,add powdered sugar and crush them for few seconds.(you can adjust sugar as per your taste).

Now take 2 serving glasses, add crushed lemon along with juice.

Now add lots of ice cubes or crushed ice

Now fill half of the glass with watermelon juice,then pour club soda over it. Stir it gently and serve with straw.

That's it yummy refreshing watermelon mojito is ready!!!!

Crush them for few seconds

Now take serving glasses and add lemon and mint mixture into the glasses

Add ice cubes or crushed ice

Fill half of the glass with watermelon juice

Now pour club soda

Stir it gently

Serve!!!

FRUIT CHAT RECIPE



Assalaamalikum and hello friends, today I'm going to third iftar recipe,which is so healthy and very easy to make in few minutes. That is easy fruit chat recipe. It is tangy, salty and very tasty. If you are bored to eat regular fruits, then you should definitely try this recipe. I swear you gonna love it.this fruit chat is perfect for iftar parties.you can take any fruits as per your taste, like kiwi,strawberry,grapes etc.,

Ingredients :

Fruits : as per your choice, I used :

Chopped Water melon : 2 cups
Chopped pineapple : 2 cups
Chopped papaya : 2 cups
Chopped apples : 2 cups
Chopped sweet lemon : 1 cup
Pomegranate pearls : 2 cups
Lemon juice : 2 table spoons
Salt : 3/4 tea spoon
Chat masala : 1 table spoon
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon

Method :


First take all fruits in a big bowl, add salt,lemon juice, chat masala and pepper powder.

Toss them well and serve.

Take all your fruits and chop them well

Transfer chopped fruits into a big bowl, add sweet lemon

Add pomegranate pearls

Add salt

Add pepper powder and chat masala

Squeeze some lemon juice

Toss them well

Serve

BADAM PAL RECIPE/ALMOND MILK RECIPE


Alhumdulillah it's already 2nd roza today. So,sharing 2nd ramzan recipe with you all Friends.today, I'm going to share a very healthy and tasty badam(almond)milk recipe. It is a great drink to have in iftar.this almond milk is filled with lots of proteins and vitamins. Also very easy to make.you just need handful of ingredients to prepare this recipe. You can serve as hot or chilled.but I love to have chilled.

Servings : 4 to 5

Ingredients :

Milk : 1 liter
Badam/Almonds : 1/2 cup (around 50 to 60)
Cardamom/elachi powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Sugar : 1/2 cup or as per your taste

Method :


First soak almonds in water for 4 hours and peel the skin. Then slice 10 to 15 almonds and keep a side.

Now blend remaining almonds into fine paste by adding some milk or water.

Now boil milk in a pan,stir constantly for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now add almond paste by stirring continuously.

Stir it for another 10 minutes,then add sugar and cardamom powder,stir it for 5 minutes and remove from fire.

Serve hot or cold.

Take almonds in a bowl

Soak them for 4 hours

Peel the skin

Slice 10 to 15 almonds and keep a side

Now take remaining almonds in a blender and add some milk and blend into a fine paste

Meanwhile boil milk and stir constantly for 10 minutes

Now add almond paste

Stir it for another 10 minutes

Now add sliced almonds

It's thickening now

Add sugar

Add cardamom powder

Stir for another 5 to 10 minutes

Remove from fire

Serve
