PINEAPPLE FRESH CREAM CAKE RECIPE/EGGLESS PINEAPPLE PASTRY RECIPE/300TH post


300th post!!!!!! Omg, today I'm going to share my 300th recipe in my blog. Yaayyy!!!!! Celebrating my 300th post with this yummlicious pineapple fresh cream cake!!!!!!!

Pastries are favorite desserts, I love pastries a lot. My favorite flavors are black forest and this yummy pineapple pastry. Today I'm going to share this yummy pineapple fresh cream cake recipe,which tastes so yum and just melt in mouth. I have already shared my favorite black forest cake recipe Here. Check that recipe too. But my black forest cake is made with eggs, but today I'm gonna share eggless recipe, so everyone can try it.

6 inch cake tin


My one cup measures 200 ml


Ingredients :


All purpose flour/maida : 1 1/4 cup/125 grams
Condensed milk : 3/4 cup/100 grams(recipe here)
Powdered sugar : 2 table spoons
Oil : 1/2 cup
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
Baking soda : 1/4 tea spoon
Warm water : 1/2 cup
Pineapple essence : 1 tea spoon

For garnishing

Pineapple chunks : as needed
Cherries as needed
Whipping cream : 300 ml (I used non dairy whipping cream)
For sugar syrup :

Sugar : 1/2 cup
Water : 250 ml
Pineapple essence : 1 tea spoon

Method :


Take 6 inch cake mould, grease oil or butter all over the mould. Now line with parchment paper. (if you don't have parchment paper dust with flour well)

Now take condensed milk in a bowl,add oil and whisk it well.

Now add powdered sugar and whisk it well.

Now take a sieve add add flour, baking powder and baking soda, sift into wet ingredients and mix it well.

Now add warm water, mix it, then add vanilla essence and mix without lumps.

Now pour this batter into prepared mould.

Now bake it for 25 to 30 minutes in 180 degrees in preheated oven (preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes)

Now inset a toothpick or knife, if it comes out clean your cake done.

Now let it cool completely, run a knife around the cake tin and demould it.

Now to make sugar syrup, take sugar and water in a pan, boil until sugar melts, then remove from fire and add essence, let it cool completely.

Now cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers, sprinkle sugar syrup well on cake layers.

Now whip your whipping cream until it reaches to stiff peaks.

Now take one cake layer and put a Big dollop of cream, spread it well and place some pineapple chunks. And put another soaked cake layer on it.

Now apply cream on all over the cake and garnish with pineapple chunks and cherries.

Now chill the cake in refrigerator for 2 hours, slice and serve.

Line with parchment paper

Take condensed milk in a bowl,add oil

Whisk it well

Take flour, baking powder and baking soda in a sieve

Sift into wet ingredients and mix it well

Add warm water

Mix it well

Add pineapple essence

Mix it

You can see the consistency of batter

Pour batter into prepared mould

Bake it

Let it cool completely and run a knife around the cake

Demould it

Slice into 2 layers


Sprinkle sugar syrup well

Soak it

Now whip some whipping cream 

Put a dollop of whipping cream

Spread it well

Take some pineapple chunks

Spread it evenly

Now put another layer on top

Apply cream all over the cake


Cover the cake well with cream

Take some fresh cream in a piping bag

Decorate as per your choice



Garnish with cherries and pineapple chunks

Refrigerate for 2 hours

Slice it and serve!!!!

MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE



I can say this is the best and super moist cake in the world. I never baked or tasted such an easy and tasty cake before. Yes, baking this moist cake is super easy with very,very simple ingredients. I frosted this cake with my yummy chocolate buttercream frosting (recipe here) to make this cake more tastier and rich. But plain cake itself tastes amazing.one more thing you should follow is measurements,please follow the correct measurements given below. Don't half the recipe. If you are a vegetarian then add 3/4 cup of curd instead of eggs. One more thing is it takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour to bake. Mine was done in 50 minutes.so,keep an eye on cake after 40 minutes of baking.

My 1 cup measures 200 ml

Sugar : 2 cups
Eggs : 2
Milk : 1 cup
Cocoa powder : 3/4 cup
Baking powder : 1 1/2 tea spoons
Baking soda : 1 1/2 tea spoons
Salt : 3/4 tea spoon
Instant coffee powder : 1 table spoon
Hot boiling water : 1 cup
Oil : 1/2 cup

Chocolate butter cream : as needed (recipe here)

Method :


First take 9 inch cake tin,grease with oil and dust with flour and keep a side. I have lined with parchment paper too.

Now sift all dry ingredients (except coffee powder and sugar) together and take into a bowl,then add sugar and mix well.

Now add all wet ingredients (except boiling water) and whisk it well until all ingredients are well combined.

Now mix coffee powder with hot boiling water and slowly add to cake batter while whisking.

Whisk for 30 seconds, now pour this batter to prepared cake tin.

Now bake it in 180 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes in preheated oven. Mine was done in 50 minutes. Keep an eye on cake while baking. (preheat oven in 180 degrees for 10 minutes)

Now  let the cake cools completely, loosen the edges with knife and gently unmold it.

Now prepare your butter cream (click here for recipe)

Now cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers.put a dollop of buttercream on one layer and spread it evenly,then put another cake layer on top, frost and decorate the cake as per your choice and enjoy.

Now take flour in a sieve,add cocoa powder

Add baking powder,baking soda and salt and sift it well

Now add sugar

Mix it well

Now add eggs

Add oil

Add milk

Whisk it well

Now take hot boiling water and add coffee powder

Mix it well

Now slowly add it batter while beating

Whisk it for few seconds

Now our cake batter is ready

Pour this batter to prepared cake tin

Bake it

Insert a skewer or knife, if it comes out clean your cake is done

Now let it cool completely and loosen the edges

Unmold it gently


Now cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers

Prepare your buttercream (recipe here)

Put a dollop of chocolate buttercream

Spread it evenly

Now cover with other layer


Cover the cake with more buttercream

Decorate the cake as per your choice

Now it's done
