GOBI MANCHURIAN RECIPE/CAULIFLOWER MANCHURIAN RECIPE


Gobi Manchurian or cauliflower manchurian is a indo Chinese dish,which can be easily prepare at home with simple ingredients. Tastes really good than restaurants.today I'm going share  dry version of Gobi Manchuria. Will share gravy version also soon in my blog. So, don't forget to check my blog.

Ingredients :

Medium size cauliflower/Gobi : 1
Large Chopped onion : 1
Finely chopped ginger : 1 table spoon
finely chopped garlic : 1 table spoon
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chopped spring onions : 1/2 cup
Oil : 2 table spoons
Tomato sauce : 2 table spoons
Chilly sauce : 1 table spoon
soy sauce : 1 table spoon
Vinegar : 1 table spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea Salt
Pinch of red food color (optional)

For batter :

Corn flour : 1/2 cup
Maida/all purpose flour : 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
water : as needed

Oil for deep frying

Method :

First to make batter,take all batter ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. 

Now add water little by little and make a smooth batter. (batter should not be thick nor thin)

Now take cauliflower florets, dip them in batter and drop in hot oil.

Fry until they turns crispy. Then take them onto a plate.

Now heat 2 to 3 table spoons of oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and ginger saute for a while.

Now add onions and green chillies saute for 1 minute. Then add spring onions (reserve some for garnishing) and saute for few seconds.

Now add all sauces, color and vinegar then mix it well.

Now add 1/4 cup of water and stir it.

Now add fried cauliflower, sprinkle some pepper powder and saute 2 minutes.

Remove from fire, garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

Take Maida and corn flour in a bowl

Add salt

Add hilly powder

Mix it well

Add water little by little and make a smooth batter

Now take cauliflower florets

Dip in batter

Drop them in hot oil

Fry until crisp

Take into a plate

Now in separate pan add garlic and ginger saute it

Add onions

Add green chillies

Saute for a while

Add spring onions

Saute for a while

Add chilly sauce and soy sauce

Add tomato sauce and vinegar

Saute it

Add 1/4 cup of water and stir it

Add fried cauliflower

Finally sprinkle some pepper powder and Stir it well

It's done

Yummy Gobi Manchurian is ready to serve!!!!!

CURD RICE / DADDOJANAM RECIPE


Curd rice is a traditional south Indian dish. It also called daddojanam in Telugu and thair sadam in tamil. It is very good have it in summers. Yet very easy and healthy dish. I always prepare and carry this curd during travels. Sometimes I serve this with picked chillies which tastes so yummy. Will share that recipe soon. You need just few ingredients to make this dish. It stays fresh for 10 hours without refrigerator.so, next time if you are planning a long journey then don't forget to make this curd rice. You can add pomegranate or grated carrots if you wish. But today I'm sharing a basic and simple recipe.

Ingredients :

Cooked rice : 4 to 5 cups
Curd/yogurt : 400 ml
Water : as needed
Chopped large onion : 1
Chopped Green chilies : 2
Chopped ginger : 1 table spoon
Salt to taste

For tempering :
Oil : 2 table spoons
Mustard seeds : 1 tea spoon
Urad dal/minapappu/white lentils : 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves : 2 to 3 strings

Method :

Take cooked rice in a bowl and add onions, ginger,green chilly,curd and salt. Mix it well.

Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let them crackle.

Now add urad dal and curry leaves saute for a while and this seasoning to rice, mix it well and serve.

Add ginger, curd and salt

Mix it well

Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,let them crackle

Add curry leaves

Saute for a while

Add this seasoning to rice

Mix it well 

Tadaaa...... Curd rice is ready!!!!!!

2 MINUTES MICROWAVE MUG CAKE RECIPE / EGGLESS MUG CAKE RECIPE



Hi...... Here I'm with  an another quick,easy and fun recipe that is 2 minutes Microwave mug cake recipe. Yes, today I'm going to share this awesome, eggless  chocolaty mug cake recipe. You just need 2 minutes make this mug cake. That too in Microwave!!!!!!

This recipe is not only easy but also so tasty. You will get a nice fluffy moist chocolate mug cake. I cooked in medium high mode for 2 minutes. You better keep an eye while your cake is cooking.

Ingredients :

All purpose flour/maida : 3 table spoons
cocoa powder : 1 table spoon
sugar : 2 table spoons
condensed milk : 3 table spoons
Oil or melted butter : 2 table spoons
baking powder : 1/8 tea spoon 
baking soda : a pinch
Milk : 3 table spoons
Dark or milk chocolate chunks : as needed
 one microwave safe coffee mug

Method :

Take a Microwave safe coffee mug add all dry ingredients and mix it well with fork or spoon.(except chocolate chunks)

Now add all wet ingredients and mix it well.then drop chocolate chunks

Now pop it in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on medium high mode.

Take out the mug from Microwave and serve immediately.
Take a Microwave safe coffee mug add flour

Add cocoa powder and sugar

Add baking powder and baking soda

Mix it well

Now add melted butter or oil

Add condensed milk

Add milk


Mix it well

Finally add some chocolate


Pop it in microwave and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes

It's ready now!!!!!

Serve warm or hot!!!!!
