Have you ever tried to make chocobar ice cream at home? If your answer is no, then immediately try this awesome and fun recipe. As I told you in my before posts that I'm going to share more summer recipes,this is an addition to it. I wanted share this recipe from quite long time finally I made it 2 days back and the result wad awesome!!!! My kids were really surprised when they saw these homemade chocobar ice creams in our refrigerator and they said "mumma you are really great!!!!" as a Mom I was top of the world. But this credit goes to cooking shooking.com. I adopted this recipe from there. But I modified recipe little bit.
If you can't find milk chocolate in your place you can easily order from online store.

Ingredients :
For inner layer :
Fresh cream : 400 grams or whipping cream : 250 ml
Boiled and chilled milk : 250 ml
powdered sugar : 1 cup
Vanilla essence : 2 tea spoons
For chocolate layer :
Milk chocolate : 250 grams
unsalted butter : 1 table spoon
Method :
To make inner layer,
First take whipping cream or fresh cream in a bowl, whisk it well until it reaches to stiff peak consistency.
Now add all other ingredients and whisk it well and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
Now melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or in Microwave and pour some chocolate mixture into popsicle moulds and coat all over the sides, flip and remove the excess chocolate and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now fill these chocolate coated moulds with semi frozen ice cream and freeze it for 7 to 8 hours.
Now put these moulds under running water for few seconds and remove chocobars gently and serve.

Mix it well until all ingredients are well combined |

Now freeze it for couple of hours |

Mean while take chocolate and butter in a bowl |

Melt it in a double boiler or in Microwave |

Pour melted chocolate in to moulds |

Coat all over the sides well |

Remove the excess chocolate |

Now refrigerate for few minutes |

Now fill moulds with semi frozen ice cream |

Insert popsicle sticks |
|
Freeze it for 7 to 8 hours |

Put this moulds under running water for few seconds |

Remove choco bars gently |
