Hi guys....,. Hope you all enjoyed your sunday with family and friends. But mine was a little bore Sunday. But to keep my self busy today I made these neer dosa and yummy no churn strawberry ice cream.... They both turned super perfect..... Ok, ok tomorrow will share that recipe with you all. But today I'm going to share this super easy breakfast, neer dosa recipe. Yes, making this neer dosa recipe is so simple and easy. You will need just 3 to 4 ingredients to make this recipe. Also fermentation is not required for this neer dosa batter.
To make perfect net type neer dosa means batter should be very thin and runny. After all name itself is neer dosa. (Neer means water) . These dosas are soft in texture, not like other crispy dosa. It well goes with sambar, chutney or chicken curry.I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you.
Ingredients :
Rice : 2 cups
Fresh coconut : 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon of oil for each dosa
Serves : 5 to 6 members
Method :
First wash and soak rice for 8 hours or over night.
Now drain the water and take soaked rice into a blender, then add fresh coconut pieces.
Add some water and blend. Blend it into a fine paste by adding some more water.
Now take this batter into a bowl, add salt and 4 to 5 cupsof water. Batter should be thin and runny.
Add some more water if required.
Now heat a pan or tawa sprinkle some water, now dip a cloth or tissue paper in oil and apply on hot tawa.
Now pour a laddle of batter on tawa and swirl the tawa to spread evenly.
Now drizzle some oil on dosa, let it cook for some time (approx 30 seconds to 1 minute)
Now take dosa gently from pan and serve hot.

Now heat tawa |

Dip cotton cloth or tissue paper in oil and rub it on tawa |

Spread some batter on tawa and make a thin layer |
|
Drizzle some oil |
|
Let it cook for some time |
|
Fold it |
|
Take into a plate |
|
Serve hot!!!! |
