This is my 100th post in my blog!!!!!! Wow!!!! posted 100 recipes..... It is celebration time!!!! So, baked this super soft and extra delicious butter cake.this butter cake is soft and fluffy just like sponge. Love the buttery flavor...... When the cake was baking my house is filled with nice buttery aroma and I love the texture of this cake So much. I request you to bake this cake atleast once. You will bake again and again. And one more thing you will never go wrong with this recipe.you just follow my recipe bake and Serve this wonderful cake to your beloved ones. I'm sure they defiantly love this cake. I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned.

Cake without oven :

Ingredients :
Butter : 150 grams (unsalted)
All purpose flour/maida : 120 grams/1 cup
Sugar : 3/4 cup
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
eggs : 3
Milk : 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Method :
Bring butter and eggs to room temperature.every ingredient must be in room temperature.
Take cake mold grease with butter all over the mold. If you have parchment paper you can line with parchment paper. Keep this greased mold a side.
Now blend sugar into fine powder.
Now take mixing bowl add butter and powdered sugar cream it well.
Now add eggs one at a time and whisk it well.for each egg whisk it 45 to 60 seconds.
Now add vanilla essence mix it well.
Now take a sieve add flour and baking powder sift it well.
Now add these dry ingredients little by little and mix it without lumps.
Now pour milk and fold it gently
Now pour this batter to cake tin and spread it evenly.
Preheat oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius.
Insert a toothpick or knife if it comes out clean your cake is done.
Let the cake cools completely then run a knife around the cake, demold it and serve.
Apply butter all over the mold |

Cream it well |
Add egg one at a time |
Whisk it well and repeat the process |
Add vanilla essence |
Mix it |
Sift flour and baking powder together |
Add to butter mixture |
Fold it gently without lumps |
Pour milk |
Mix it |
Pour cake batter to mold |
Spread it evenly |
Bake it |
Insert a knife or toothpick if it comes out clean your cake is done |
Let cool |
Run a knife around the cake and demold it |
Look at the texture!!!! |
Serve!!! |
