PANEER CUTLETS RECIPE/PANEER TIKKI RECIPE



Hi guys....... Happy all of you..... I hope you are enjoying your holiday. But for me it’s really a hectic day. Today is my elder daughter rida’s birthday. Made bmw logo cake as per her demand 😀. Just  now completed the cake and little tired. But, as you all know blogging boosts my energy. So, here I’m with another new recipe. That is yummy paneer cutlets. They are so crispy and crunchy exterior and soft tasty interior. It’s very easy and tasty recipe which you can make in minutes. Perfect for evening snacks or they can be served any parties. Everyone will love them a lot...

Ingredients :


Grated paneer : 250 grams 
Boiled and grated potatoes : 150 grams 
Aamchur powder/raw mango powder : 1 tea spoon
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon :
Salt to taste 
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon 
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Rice flour : 1/2 cup/50 grams 
Oil for deep frying
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 table spoons 
Bread crumbs : 1 cup or as needed 
Maida/all purpose flour : 1/4 cup

Method :


First take grated paneer in a bowl and add all ingredients and mix it well .

Now roll them into round patties and keep a side.

Now take maida in a bowl and add 1 cup of water and make a thin paste.

Now dip patties in maida paste and roll them in bread crumbs and coat them well.

Now drop them in hot oil gently and fry on both sides until they changes into golden color and serve.


Method :


Take grated paneer in a bowl

Add boiled and grated potatoes

Add all spice powders

Add ginger garlic paste

Add chillies and coriander leaves

Add rice flour

Mix it well and form a dough

Take some portion and roll them into cutlets


Now take maida in a bowl

Add water and make thin paste

Now it's time to fry

Now dip patties in maida mix

Roll and coat them well with bread crumbs

Drop them hot oil

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color

Take them into tissue paper


Serve hot

Yum!!!!

EGG BAJJI/EGG PAKODA RECIPE/EGG FRITTERS RECIPE


Egg bajji/egg fritters are a very easy and quick snack recipe. Egg bajji is very famous street food in Tamil nadu. Hubby used to bring these egg bajji at evening Times everyday when we were In Coimbatore. They tastes so good and yum. I tried this recipe at home and turned out so good. I can say kids wi'll definitely love them.

Ingredients :


Besan/gram flour/chanaga pindi : 150 grams/1 1/2 cups
Hard boiled eggs : 4
Salt to taste
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Hing : 1 pinch
Cooking soda/sodabicorb : 1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tea spoon
Oil for deep frying

Method :


Take hard boiled eggs, remove the shell and cut them into halves.

Now take flour add salt,asitofida,sodabicorb,turmeric powder and chilly powder.

Mix it well and add water little by little and make a smooth batter. (batter should not be thick nor thin.

Now dip boiled egg in batter and drop them in hot oil.

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color and serve hot.

Note :


If you want crispy bajjis prepare little runny batter. If you want soft bajjis batter should be thick.

Take hard boiled eggs and remove the shells

Cut them into halves

Sift flour into a bowl

Add Chilly powder and hing

Add soda,salt and turmeric powder and mix it well

Add water 

Make smooth batter without lumps

Drop an egg

Coat it well with batter

Drop in hot oil

Fry on both sides and take into a plate

Serve!!!!!

CRISPY POTATO NUGGETS RECIPE


Potato nuggets are a quick and tasty recipe. They are Crispy outside and soft from inside. Perfect for any party. Tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients :

Boiled medium potatoes : 2
Grated processed cheese : 2 table spoons
Corn flour : 2+3 table spoons
Bread crumbs : 1 cup or as needed
Grated garlic : 1 tea spoon
Chilly flakes : 1/2 tea spoon
Mixed herbs or oregano : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method :


Take boiled potatoes,peel and mash them well.

Now add 2 table spoons of corn flour,2 to 3 table spoons of bread crumbs and all other ingredients. Mix it well and form a dough. Now refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Now mix remaining corn flour with water and make a thin paste.

Meanwhile, take potato mixture, shape them into small nuggets, dip in corn flour mixture and roll them in bread crumbs and coat it well with bread crumbs.

Drop these nuggets in hot oil and fry until they changes into golden color and serve hot.

Take boiled and peeled potatoes, mash them well

Add garlic

Add cheese

Add chilly flakes

Add mixed herbs

Add corn flour

Add bread crumbs

Mix it well and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Meanwhile take remaining corn flour in a bowl

Pour some water and and make a thin paste

Now take some potato mixture, shape into nuggets

Dip them in corn flour mixture

Roll them in bread crumbs

Now they are ready to fry

Drop them in hot oil

Fry on medium to High flame until they changes into golden color

Take them into a plate

Serve hot!!!!!
