PANEER CUTLETS RECIPE/PANEER TIKKI RECIPE



Hi guys....... Happy all of you..... I hope you are enjoying your holiday. But for me it’s really a hectic day. Today is my elder daughter rida’s birthday. Made bmw logo cake as per her demand 😀. Just  now completed the cake and little tired. But, as you all know blogging boosts my energy. So, here I’m with another new recipe. That is yummy paneer cutlets. They are so crispy and crunchy exterior and soft tasty interior. It’s very easy and tasty recipe which you can make in minutes. Perfect for evening snacks or they can be served any parties. Everyone will love them a lot...

Ingredients :


Grated paneer : 250 grams 
Boiled and grated potatoes : 150 grams 
Aamchur powder/raw mango powder : 1 tea spoon
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon :
Salt to taste 
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon 
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Rice flour : 1/2 cup/50 grams 
Oil for deep frying
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 table spoons 
Bread crumbs : 1 cup or as needed 
Maida/all purpose flour : 1/4 cup

Method :


First take grated paneer in a bowl and add all ingredients and mix it well .

Now roll them into round patties and keep a side.

Now take maida in a bowl and add 1 cup of water and make a thin paste.

Now dip patties in maida paste and roll them in bread crumbs and coat them well.

Now drop them in hot oil gently and fry on both sides until they changes into golden color and serve.


Method :


Take grated paneer in a bowl

Add boiled and grated potatoes

Add all spice powders

Add ginger garlic paste

Add chillies and coriander leaves

Add rice flour

Mix it well and form a dough

Take some portion and roll them into cutlets


Now take maida in a bowl

Add water and make thin paste

Now it's time to fry

Now dip patties in maida mix

Roll and coat them well with bread crumbs

Drop them hot oil

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color

Take them into tissue paper


Serve hot

Yum!!!!

FISH CUTLETS RECIPE/FISH PATTIES RECIPE



Baking cakes and cupcakes from morning, because tomorrow is my darling daughter rida's birthday!!!!!! She want distribute cupcakes in her school which are made by me. I said "ok done". She is very excited and me too!!!! Will sure share that birthday cake recipe with you all.

     Ok, now coming to today's recipe, yesterday made these yummy fish cutlets which tastes really awesome. Process is also so easy to make. Perfect to serve them as starters or as tea time snacks.

Ingredients :

Boneless fish : 400 grams (any boneless fish can be used)
boiled and peeled potatoes : 200 grams
Finely chopped onions : 1 (large)
chopped green chilly : 1
Chopped coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 2 tea spoons
Oil : 2 tea spoons
Oil for deep frying
eggs : 2 (beaten)
Bread crumbs : 1 cup or as needed
Salt to taste
Lemon juice : 2 tea spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 1 1/2 tea spoons

Method :

First boil fish in water for few minutes, drain water and take into a bowl, then shred it.

Now add boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes, salt and lemon juice mix it well and keep it a side.

Now take a pan add 2 tea spoons of oil add onions and green chillies ,saute until they changes into golden color

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute until Rae flavors disappear

Now add all spice powders and Coriander leaves then saute for few seconds on medium heat.

Now add mashed fish and potato mixture and saute for couple of minutes and remove from fire.

Now let the mixture cool completely then take small portions of fish mixture and make patties, dip them in beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs and drop them in hot oil.

Fry on both sides in medium to high flame. On both sides ,take them into a plate and serve.

Boil fish and take into a bowl

Shred fish pieces

Add mashed potatoes

Squeeze lemon

Mix it and keep a side



Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while

Add all spice powders

Add coriander leaves

Saute for few seconds

Add mashed fish mixture

Stir it well, saute for couple of minutes

Remove from fire and let it cool completely

Beat eggs in a bowl and keep a side

Make patties like this

You can make any shape as per your choice

Dip in beaten eggs

Roll them in bread crumbs

Now drop them in hot oil on both sides

Take them into a plate

vegetable cutlets

Hi....today's recipe is everyone's favourite vegetable cutlets.....i saw so many people enjoying these vegetable cutlets on street stalls, I tasted some potato cutlets and taste was good,but I always try to make yummy food at home. I always want to feed my kids a healthy and tasty food.

           So,I always try to make every dish at home. Coming to this recipe these are so tasty and healthy cutlets,made with lots of veggies. This is the best way to feed your kids vegetables.

             You can serve as starter,as snacks and main thing is you can make burgers with these cutlets!!!!!

Ingredients :

Peeled and chopped potatoes : 1 cup
Chopped carrots : 1 cup
Fresh /frozen green peas : 1 cup
Chopped onions : 1 cup
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves : 2 table spoons
Maida : 1/4 cup
Oil : 1 table spoon
Chopped French beans : 1 cup

For coating :

Bread crumbs : 1 cup or as needed
Maida : 1/2 cup or as needed

Oil for deep frying

Preparation :

First take a pan add one table spoon of oil heat it then add chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes

Now add chopped carrots,chopped potatoes and green peas and saute for 2 minutes then add salt

Now cover the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes (stir in between)

Now add chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder saute for 1 minute and cover with lid then cook for another five minutes on low flame (stir in between)

Now add coriander leaves and saute for few seconds then add 1/4 cup of flour and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, then mash it coarsely and switch off the flame

Now let the mixture cool completely

Now take remaining flour add sufficient water and make a smooth batter,batter should not be thick nor thin

Now take some portion of  veg mixture and shape into cutlets and dip in batter then roll them in bread crumbs

Now heat oil for deep frying and fry the cutlets on both sides till they changes into nice golden color

Now yummy vegetable cutlets are ready to serve!!!!


 take your veggies heat oil saute onions then add veggies cook them then add turmeric,coriander and chilly powders saute them
 add flour saute it
 Then add coriander leaves and   saute for few seconds switch off the flame

 make smooth batter dip cutlets roll in bread crumbs fry on both sides till they changes into golden color
