SCHEZWAN VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE


Yesterday I was craving for spicy food then I opened my fridge then saw some schezwan sauce sauce lying in my fridge then picked some veggies and prepared this yummy spicy schezwan veg fried rice and served with tasty chilly paneer!!!!! Mouthwatering right!!!!!

     I have already shared schezwan chicken recipe here. It was so yummy and tasty then here I'm with another spicy dish. It tastes absolutely delicious and exactly as restaurants. I used basmati rice to give it a restaurant touch. You can also use regular rice. If you have schezwan sauce (recipe here) and cooked rice in your hand then you can easily make this dish within minutes.

Ingredients :

Cooked basmati rice : 4 cups
Chopped large onions : 1
chopped French beans : 1 cup
Chopped large carrots : 1
Chopped Medium capsicum : 1
schezwan sauce : 2 table spoons (recipe here)
Salt to taste
tomato sauce : 2 table spoons(recipe here)
Oil : 2 table spoons

Method :

First heat oil in a wok add onions saute for a while then add chopped veggies saute for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add schezwan sauce and tomato sauce saute for few seconds then add cooked rice and salt saute for few minutes and remove from fire and serve hot.

You can also add some spring onions.

Add schezwan sauce as per your taste.You can also use store bought schezwan sauce in this recipe instead of homemade schezwan sauce.
Heat oil add onions saute for a while

Add your veggies

Saute for a while

Add schezwan sauce

Add tomato sauce

Saute it

Add cooked rice

Saute for few minutes

Remove from fire


Serve hot!!!!

SCHEZWAN CHICKEN RECIPE





One of my blog viewer requested me to share this yummy spicy schezwan chicken recipe. So I decided to post that recipe, then I immediately get into action and made yummy spicy schezwan chicken. Making this schezwan chicken so simple if you have schezwan sauce in your hand. I have already shared homemade schezwan sauce recipe (click here for recipe) you can also use store bought schezwan sauce.

      Add schezwan sauce according to your taste, because it is very very spicy. I have added 3 to 4 table spoons of schezwan sauce,  I like to eat spicy food. You can adjust as per your taste. This schezwan chicken well goes with noodles,fried rice etc., I served this with yummy egg noodles, will share that recipe soon.

Ingredients :

Chicken : 500 grams (boneless or with bones)
Corn flour : 4 table spoons
tomato sauce : 1 table spoon
green chilly sauce : 1 tea spoon
Soy sauce : 1/2 tea spoon
vinegar : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Chopped garlic : 1 table spoon
Chopped ginger : 1 table spoon
schezwan sauce : 3 to 4 table spoons or as per your taste
oil for deep frying + 1 table spoon
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon

Method :

First pat dry chicken pieces then add corn flour,vinegar,Soy sauce,salt and pepper powder mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Now heat oil for deep frying then add marinated chicken pieces and fry they turns into golden color and take them into a plate.

Now heat 1 table spoon of oil add chopped garlic and ginger saute for few seconds then add schezwan sauce, soy,chilly and tomato sauce and add 1 table spoon of water saute for few seconds then add fried chicken pieces saute for few minutes and switch off the flame.

Now serve hot and spicy schezwan chicken.
Take chicken add vinegar,corn flour,salt,pepper powder and soy sauce


Mix and marinate for 30 minutes

Drop them in hot oil

Fry till golden color then take into a plate

Heat 1 table spoon of oil add ginger and garlic

Saute for few seconds

Add schezwan sauce

Add tomato,soy and chilly sauce

Saute for a while

Add fried chicken pieces

Saute for few minutes

Remove from fire

Serve hot!!!!

HOMEMADE SCHEZWAN SAUCE RECIPE



Hi... Today I'm going to share another basic recipe, that is schezwan sauce recipe. If you want make any Chinese schezwan recipe you need this basic ingredient to make any recipe like schezwan chicken,schezwan noodles, schezwan fried rice etc., I'm going to share all the above recipes in my blog. But yesterday used this homemade schezwan sauce to make spicy shezwan chicken. If you have a jar of schezwan sauce in your hand you can easily make the above recipes. Though this sauce is easily available in market but trust me This tastes 10 times better than store bought jars.

Ingredients :

Dried red chilly : 30
oil : 4 to 5 table spoons or 1/2 cup
Vinegar : 1 table spoon
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
soy sauce : 1/2 tea spoon
salt to taste
Sugar : 1 tea spoon
Finely chopped garlic : 1/2 cup
Finely chopped ginger : 1/4 cup

Method :

First take out the seeds from chillies and soak them in water for 30 minutes.

Now drain water and keep drained water a side

Now take red chillies in blender blend for few minutes then add water and blend it to a smooth paste.

Now heat oil in a pan add garlic and ginger saute till garlic turns golden color.

Now add chilly paste saute for few seconds then add all remaining ingredients and cook on low flame flame for 5 to 7 minutes by stirring in between 

When oil floats on top remove from fire and let it cool completely and store in air tight container.

Note : if you want to store this for 1 month in refrigerator add 1/2 cup of oil.

You can use this sauce in any schezwan recipes as per your taste, because it is very spicy. 

If you want less spiciness in schezwan sauce use Kashmiri red chillies. 

Remove seeds from red chillies

Soak it for 30 minutes

Blend it

Add some water

Blend it into fine puree

Heat oil add garlic

Add ginger

Saute for a while

Add chilly paste

Stir it

Add vinegar and soy sauce

Add salt,sugar and pepper powder

Cook on low flame

It's done now

Schezwan sauce is ready to use.
