SWEET CORN KEBABS RECIPE/CORN CUTLETS RECIPE


Hi guys.... Hope you are doing good..... I'm so sorry that I couldn't post many ramzan recipes this month. I was really busy these days. There is a wedding in our in laws and I'm the one to take care of everything in wedding. So I was away from you and my blog. Today I got some time to share another yummy recipe. Today I'm going to share easy corn kebabs recipe. It is quick and easy recipe which tastes really awesome.

Ingredients :


Sweet corn kernels : 1 cup
Medium size boiled and grated potatoes : 3
Bread crumbs : 1/2 cup
Gram flour/Besan : 2 table spoons
Rice flour : 3 table spoons
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Chopped green chillies : 2
Chopped Coriander leaves : 1/3 cup
Chopped medium onions : 1
Chopped small capsicum : 1

Oil for deep frying

Method :


Take corn kernels in blender (reserve 2 tables spoons for later use) blend it coarsely and keep a side.

Now take boiled and grated potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients,add blended corn and mix it well.

Now refrigerate this mixture for 15 minutes.

Now take some portion of mixture and roll them into a oval shape and drop them in hot oil.

Fry on medium heat until they changes into golden color and take them into a plate and serve hot.

Take corn kernels into a blender

Blend it coarsely and keep a side

Now take boiled and grated potatoes in a bowl, add capsicum

Add onions

Add green chillies and coriander leaves

Add blended corn

Add some corn kernels

Add all spice powders and salt

Add bread crumbs

Add gram flour and rice flour

Mix it well and refrigerate for 15 minutes

Roll them into oval shape

Drop them in hot oil

Fry until they changes into golden color



Serve hot!!!!!

DAHI KE KEBAB RECIPE/YOGURT CUTLETS RECIPE



Hi guys ......hope you all enjoying your sunday. Today I'm going to share yummy dahi ke kebab which I made yesterday. They tastes really yummy. Perfect for tea time or any parties. You will very few ingredients to make these kebabs.

I hope you will give this a try and let me know how they turned out for you.


Ingredients :

Curd/yogurt : 500 ml
Roasted gram flour/besan : 1/4 cup
Grated paneer : 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly : 1
Chopped coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Thinly sliced nuts : 2 table spoons (I used cashews and almonds)
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1/2 tea spoon (optional)
corn flour : 1/4 cup or as needed
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Oil : 2 to 3 table spoons

Method :

First take curd in a muslin cloth and hung it over a time and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.

Now take hung curd in a bowl, add all ingredients, except oil and corn flour.

Now mix it well with your hands,cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now take some portion and make kebabs, now roll them in corn flour.

Now drizzle some oil on tawa or pan, place kebabs gently on pan and shallow fry them on both sides on low flame until they changes into golden color.

Now take them into a plate and serve hot with chutney or sauce.

Take hung curd in a bowl add grated paneer

Add sliced nuts

Add coriander leaves and green chillies

Add roasted gram flour

Add all spices and salt

Mix it well

Cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes

Roll them into kebabs

Coat with corn flour

Shallow fry on low flame

Fry on both sides until they changes into golden color

Now they are ready

Serve hot!!!!

SOYA CHUNKS KEBABS/SOYA KHEEMA CUTLETS RECIPE


I'm receiving so many requests to post tea time snack recipes. So decided to post many tea time snack recipes as many as I can.  yesterday made these yummy and healthy soya kebabs/soya chunks cutlets.they tastes really really delicious than non veg cutlets.also the process is so simple and easy. You can serve them as tea time snacks, starters or you can also pack them in snack box for kids.

Ingredients :

Soya chunks dry : 100 grams (click here) for cooking process
Boiled large potato : 1
Finely chopped coriander : 1/2 cup
Finely chopped large onion : 1
Finely chopped green chillies : 2
roasted gram flour/besan : 1/2 cup
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chat masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste

Oil for shallow fry

Method :

First cook your soya chunks.click here for process

Squeeze water from soya chunks and blend it coarsely and take them into a mixing bowl

Now peel the skin of potato and mash it well.

Now add mashed potato to soya kheema then add all ingredients and mix it well until all ingredients are well combined

Now make round patties and shallow fry them on both sides in medium flame 

Take them into a plate and serve hot.


Take cooked and squeezed soya chunks into a blender

Blend it coarsely

Take into a bowl

Peel and mash boiled potato

Add mashed potato to soya kheema

Add roasted besan/gram flour

Add onions,coriander and chillies

Add remaining ingredients

Mix it well

Make patties


Shallow fry on medium heat

Fry on both sides


Serve hot!!!!
