SCHEZWAN VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE


Yesterday I was craving for spicy food then I opened my fridge then saw some schezwan sauce sauce lying in my fridge then picked some veggies and prepared this yummy spicy schezwan veg fried rice and served with tasty chilly paneer!!!!! Mouthwatering right!!!!!

     I have already shared schezwan chicken recipe here. It was so yummy and tasty then here I'm with another spicy dish. It tastes absolutely delicious and exactly as restaurants. I used basmati rice to give it a restaurant touch. You can also use regular rice. If you have schezwan sauce (recipe here) and cooked rice in your hand then you can easily make this dish within minutes.

Ingredients :

Cooked basmati rice : 4 cups
Chopped large onions : 1
chopped French beans : 1 cup
Chopped large carrots : 1
Chopped Medium capsicum : 1
schezwan sauce : 2 table spoons (recipe here)
Salt to taste
tomato sauce : 2 table spoons(recipe here)
Oil : 2 table spoons

Method :

First heat oil in a wok add onions saute for a while then add chopped veggies saute for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add schezwan sauce and tomato sauce saute for few seconds then add cooked rice and salt saute for few minutes and remove from fire and serve hot.

You can also add some spring onions.

Add schezwan sauce as per your taste.You can also use store bought schezwan sauce in this recipe instead of homemade schezwan sauce.
Heat oil add onions saute for a while

Add your veggies

Saute for a while

Add schezwan sauce

Add tomato sauce

Saute it

Add cooked rice

Saute for few minutes

Remove from fire


Serve hot!!!!

Restaurant style egg fried rice recipe


I have already shared my veg fried Recipe here . Today I'm going to share another easy and yummy egg fried rice recipe.this is so simple and easy, if you have some eggs,veggies and left over ricein your hand you can make this dish with in minutes.i added cabbage,carrots and French beans you can add veggies as per your choice like capsicum and spring onions.if you want to give restaurant taste to your fried use basmati rice.today I'm sharing egg  version but soon I'm going to share so many fried rice recipes.so,stay connected with my blog for more yummy recipes!!!!!

Ingredients :

Basmati rice : 2 cups (soak and cook)
eggs : 4 to 5
Chopped onions : 2 medium
Chopped carrots : 2 medium
Chopped French beans : 15
soy sauce : 1 table spoon
Pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil : 2 + 2 table spoons
Chopped green chillies : 2

Method :

First soak and cook basmati rice and let it cool

Now break eggs into a bowl add some salt 
whisk it well

Now heat wok add 2 table spoons of oil Add 
beaten eggs and scramble the eggs and take them into a plate


Now heat 2 table spoons of oil in same wok add chopped onions and green chillies saute for 1 minute

Now add chopped veggies and saute for 3 to 4 minutes by adding salt 

Now add soy sauce saute for few seconds then add scrambled eggs Stir it then add cooked rice and stir it

Now add some salt (if needed) pepper powder and saute for few seconds then remove from fire.
Chop your veggies

Add salt to eggs

Whisk it well

Heat oil pour eggs into wok

Scramble the eggs

Take them into a plate

In same pan add chopped onions

Add green chillies saute for a while

Add veggies

Add salt and saute for few minutes

Now add soy sauce and saute it

Add scrambled eggs and stir it well

Add cooked rice and stir it

Add pepper powder

Stir it for few seconds

It's done now

Yummy egg fried rice ready!!!!
